Our shop hours are 10:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday-Friday and 10:00 am to 5:00 Saturday.
Rental bikes are due at close of business the day of rental.
We highly encourage you to make a reservation in advance! Parties of four or more will be charged a 15% service fee for same-day Rentals.
When available, bikes may be picked up after 4pm the day before(you MUST call before making your reservation to confirm 4pm pickup availability).
Weekend rentals: We are closed on Sundays, Rentals picked up after 4pm on Saturday will go out as 24 hour rental and are due back before 11am on Monday.
Rentals going out before 4pm on Saturday are 48 hour rentals unless they are returned before 5pm on Saturday.
We DO NOT offer roadside assistance. Our rental bikes are set up to minimize the chances for a flat tire or other mechanical issue but these things can still happen.
Be prepared for the possibility of a flat tire or mechanical issue and have a plan. Calling us to come and provide assistance is NOT that plan.
We provide tools and flat repair kits upon request.
